CSL VISION: There is no player, parent or coach that is bigger than the TEAM!
Are you ready to make the CSL Commitment?
Since 2010, CSL has developed a reputation for excellence both on and off the lacrosse field. Our teams are competitive in events from Charlotte to New Jersey, with many teams bringing home championships, but more importantly playing with heart and teamwork that blossoms as the seasons progress. What makes us most proud is the many compliments we hear about our players and families level of sportsmanship displayed in both victory and defeat. Our experienced Coaching Staff will teach your players about lacrosse, but we will teach them much more about being team-mates, leaders and disciplined young athletes. To accomplish that, we bring to the table coaches with experience and integrity that care about each players development, but we also expect that the players and families of our organization are above all committed to the CSL TEAM.
The following are some high level expectations that CSL has of all CSL Players and Families:
· Be familiar with and abide by the CSL Code of Conduct at all times.
· Support ALL members of the CSL Team and Organization and refrain from public criticism of any player or coach.
· Players are expected to attend every practice and event unless there is an emergency or unavoidable circumstance. If an unavoidable circumstance arises, Players will contact their coach and Team Parent ahead of time.
· Playing time, positions played and game strategy are not negotiable and at the sole discretion of the Coach. Issues or concerns will be discussed with CSL Coaches or Directors NOT on the sidelines and a minimum of 24 hours after any event, unless there is a safety issue, which should be discussed as soon as possible.
